Strip brushes are incredibly versatile in their brush characteristics and shape and can be customized to fit almost any application. It consists of the brush fillings with a center wire laid down over a continuous flat steel belt formed into a “U” shape channel. The fillings pinned down by the center wire and inserted into the “U” shape mental channel. As the mental channel is squeezed tightly and closes over the center wire causes the fillings to form vertically into a brush.
And this Special Strip Brush is using the White Nylon 0.2mm Corrugated Filament, and using big chanel 10mm*10mm. It can filling more filaments. It is widely use on the some part of the machine.
